Location of the hotel is superb, you can get the a uninterrupted view of Dal lake from almost all the rooms. Rooms are are very spacious, beds are comfortable. Although considering the tariff i was expecting little cleaner and well maintained rooms. All the amenities are there and the restaurant they have serves very good food.

The hotel is very well located on the main road and offers a excellent view of the dal lake....the food quality was average but there are good eating joints nearby....taxi stand is next door which was a great advantage...good VFM hotel with basic facilities.

the hotel is located at the boulevard, it provides a pleasant view of the Dal Lake. but the surroundings are crowded. The service is good but not extraordinary. it is a value for money for its location. the food is also and the staff is very warm and hospitable.

I stayed in this hotel from 17.12.2012. To 21.12.2012 with my family. Hotel location is good but food quality is not up to the mark though they use to charge very high. The front office Service was terrible. Room rent also very high compare to others. Power cut is the major problem in this hotel.
