The rooms are very dated (don't be fooled by the pictures on the website) and lack the level of cleanliness one would expect from such a hotel. Hotel is on the main dal lake Rooms are spacious with good furniture and decor. Bathroom is also nice. All staff - Front office, house-keeping and restaurant are polite and attends call quickly. Restaurant serves good Kashmir and other north India food. auto/taxi ride takes 10 minutes. They also provide taxi for sightseeing at reasonable rates.

This property is on a very good location in srinagar. It is on the main dal Lake road just opp. to dal lake.
