“Best hotel ever”

As an Ex-Hotel General Manager I have to say that this hotel is one of the best hotels I ever had the pleasure of staying. The rate is a bargain for such a clean and well managed place. The food is great, the spa divine and if you ask, you can get a bed with a softer mattress on check-in...but... More

I stayed in this hotel on a short business trip to Srinagar for 2 nights. One sentence that would describe this hotel in short is, its 'Home away from home'. The overall structure, room layout, staff etc. gives you a very homely feel. It is decently priced, though overall hotel need a basic makeover specifically bathrooms. The beds need good...
