Location is very odd. It is inside the small lane. Literally NOTHING is nearby. Dal Gate is around 1km away. You will have to fix auto to go in and out from hotel. The very Inconvenient location. Rooms are small.

we stayed from 27th to 29th march 13.Location Is nice,near regal chowk, only 10-15 minutes walk from dal gates.rooms ,bathrooms were clean with 24 hrs. hot water but on those days sewerage was overflowing in front of the hotel.
