We booked double room before three months till arrival. Upon arrival hotel's owner asked to pay more, because they have only triple rooms. We refused to pay extra amount, so we was roughly scolded. After an unpleasant talk Double room "miraculously" appeared. I recommend you do not choose this hotel!

All the good points mentioned by others. A clean, safe and well situated property in the heart of atmospheric Fort Kochi. The owner really cares about his customers and reputation... Its even reasonably quiet! No downside at all highly recommended.
