We went on a family trip. Room 208. I was not satisfied with the overall condition of the hotel. Room was old and had a dull look. Bathroom had red granite floor which made it much more dull. Hotel is due for renovation.condition of the pool was also not so good.Even the pool needs up gradation. Restaurant provide excellent food.... More

Stayed for first night of Kerala tour. Excellent food and huge choice. Really kind and attentive staff. Impeccably clean. Lovely massage and excellent value. Very enjoyable. Sorry I wasn't staying longer.

Though located out of the buzzling business district of 'ernakulam' town, i chose this hotel to experience the CGH-Earth treatment and hell ya...i was not disappointed. Located almost 14-17km from the city, the property is maintained very well with lot of green space. Rooms are just perfect and maintained caredfully. This is a mid sized property in Willingdon Island. Clean rooms, quiet location, a lil isolated from all the buzz...... if not a happening place. Two restaurants serving Indianised Continental fare or Continentalised Kerala fare, couldn't figure out which. Check out the Fort Kochi sea food place, ask for the squid masala, but Kerala style only.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms were lovely and clean the only downfall no balcony or window to open for some fresh air. The Food and staff were excellent could not fault it.
