“Cozy and memorable”

It was a delight to stay in this homely and well maintained homestay. The rooms were very very clean with freshly done paints and the decor amazing. “Ann's Residency - Home away from home”

Good place to live and not very expensive too, and very nice foods served. Feels like home and the owner Mr. Leslie is a very very nice person. All good places to see are very close by the hotel. Rooms are like our own bed room...very homely.

We stayed for two nights in early April 2013 here. Right from the beginning it was a pleasure to deal with Ambareen via email to book this short stay. This is a very relaxed place with it seems no formality what so ever.

“Wonderful friendly place in the heart of fort cochin”

We had a fabulous stay at Ann's, and can't recommend it enough. Leslie and the family looked after us really well, and helped us with our rickshaw rental, organised wonderful ayyuvedic massages and recommended some of the best things to do in Kerala. We enjoyed our stay here and Mr Leslie was very helpful. However the property could use some TLC. The breakfast was nothing special. I suspect some of the tripadvisor reviews for this property are not authentic.
