When reaching the hotel it looked very elegant and stylish but hotel had very few staff and also very few guests too. it seemed that hotel badly needs good marketing.The External part of the hotel is very good but rooms need more attention on lighting.Even the food quality must be addressed properly.
Location wise the place is ok since it is close to all the other resorts. In Thekkady it is best to stay away from the crowd.
