At time of telephonic booking n check in no one tells rule. But at time clearing bills all rules bounces up. We checked in 2000hrs but no one told its 12 noon check in but when we checking out 1949hrs after long 5 days n night stay. They surprised us with dere rules regarding check in. Hotel is not very clean, bed sheets were dirty and worn out. Bathrooms not very clean. We dine in at the restaurant and he brought cold food. Swimming pool need thorough cleaning.. Only plus is location is very accessible...

I stayed there for 2 nights. Situated at M.G. Road..hotel front facing rooms give okay view..this hotel isn't have any good view.. Rooms are good..with basic amenities..others are available on demand..clean rooms with washroom..I changed the towels as it was with some spots ..but that doesn't matters...food was good..they have a restaurant on their roof top..overall good hotel I recommend... The hotel is well located with well groomed staff. The terrace Dhaba hotel provides a range of tandoor items with a fabulous view of Trivandrum City. A nice place to stay. Room cleanliness is of high quality. Traditional Kerala food taste is awsome. A really nice place to stay for business trip.

We stayed here on a recent trip And had a good stay. Nothing to complain about.the location is good and the staff r welcoming. We recommend this hotel to our friends as well and will definately return to this hotel when we get anither chance

“Courteous and good food”

Nice property , good food, all employees are courteous and spontanoeous response to any query keep up the good work. The swimming pool is quite big but the fitness center needs a bigger space and maintenance, coz end of day we need to burn the good food we ate at your place. cheers skandraaj
