Conveniently located, clean rooms and courteous staff..but for their breakfast which is with very little options and poorly organized at one corner of the hotel. It was nice experience in Sapna. Next time i'll visit Pune surely stay at same place and expecting same treatment will be provided. All complementary things are good :). Next time i expect that u will provide complementary tea daily not only first day.

The services from the reception desk to the housekeeping staff was nice & very prompt no chance where we can complaint . house keeping done daily , neat and clean bed sheets , room cleaning was up to mark , tea and coffee kit given daily ....
