“Good for short business stay”

Excellent location, walking distance from railway station. Reception was very finicky about advance payment, i had to pay almost the entire money upfront. Don't expect them to be too polite, they don't have any cab service and they don't seem too interested in arranging for a cab/auto. Rooms were clean, nothing much to complain. Good location, newly renovated rooms, free wifi, helpful staff. Had a small problem with the room service order but it was sorted out by a very apologetic manager and the charges was waived off which was much appreciated. Hotel Manager was very welcoming too. Centrally located hotel in Pune. Very warm and friendly staff. General ambience, Rooms, Linen, Bathroom etc all very good. Nice restaurant with speciality south Indian cuisine. Perhaps they need to subscribe to a TV cable operator because their TVs are blank.
