Dont go by the website of this hotel, worst service and bad rooms. I've stayed here for two nights but moved on third night. Dirty washroom with limited hot water that too in the bathing tap and not in the wash basin. You have to call atleast 5 times for getting room service. Non professionalism staff. Thanks to Panna Vilas team for making our stay pleasant. The hotel is situated at nice location. Staff is prompt, friendly and in general service quality is good. We had a nice time along with family, rooms were clean, overall ambience of the hotel is also very good. Overall a nice place to spend vacations.

The hotel is a success only due to its location. The service is poor as they don’t have much manpower. They had 2 waiters for 25-30 people who were there on the roof top restaurant at dinner time. I didnot stay here so cannot comment on that. But they do have an excellent hukka. Coupled with the view and ambience of their rooftop restaurant, it was heaven. Food was very meh though. Starters were excellent. Service is very average though.
