The place is best if you just need a place to stay at night and visit places all day. The price is low so some services are too. The bathrooms were a little not so good but not bad. Delux AC rooms are big enough for 3 people. Its simple and sober and perfectly pocket friendly.

shalimar palace was a good hotel. it had good rooms. there were some places for sight seeing near it

This is a Average Hotel in the city of Udaipur. Located convinently near Bus Stand. Rooms were clean. Room service was of average quality. There are no good restaurents nearby. I visited there twice in a month for business purpose. Good budget hotel for long stay. They give you heavy discounts for longer duration of stay.

I was there at the hotel for two nights in Udaipur. Other then some administrative problems the hotel seemed to be good in service. The rooms are quite comfortable. service boys are fast and helpful.
