visited and stayed January, 2013 .. very refreshing and really a resort ! Value for money.... yes away from city and nearby RAMADA INN its a nice place to relax.. food is good not like a big restaurant but freshly prepared as per your choice also.

This is the haven of udaipur. i visited Jagat retreat in aug-12, the quality of food & staff is excellent.They are very helpfull , resort manager is very co-operative. if you visit udaipur, you must visit Jagat Retreat

I visited it twice. In the first visit it was heavenly but in the second visit it had become unclean, old and weary. The staff was good in both visits and owners are very kind and the two dogs of the owners are fun to play with! It is a value for money resort overall!!!
