There are two parts to this hotel. One is way more up market than the other. I'm staying budget which is the annexe side, so comments on trip advisor relate to one or the other and the two are totally different.

Admirable hotel which is in heart of the city with courteous staff backed up first-rate service. Great food,lovely ambience. Only hotel i have come across with Buffet breakfast which had excellent spread out. Front office staff were supportive and guided us to go around the city with ease.
