+ Comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location - Pretty old hotel, Decent sized but old rooms, shady bathroom, small TV All in all a pleasant stay, not sure if it was really worth the money though. For my next stay I would rather try some new place.

Well located ,food good,comfortable for the night.Unfortunately the lift was not working and we had to use the service lift.Woken up early in the morning by loud chattering by persons on the opposite pavement collecting newspapers for distribution.

I had booked a room one day in advance, when i reached there and told them the same, they said all the AC rooms we booked. So, they upgraded my room to deluxe room at the initial costs. Room was spacious, little old room. But everything was neat. Complimentary Breakfast was also good.

the hotel is located at very good location which was very helpful for me. the staff and services were really good. the food was also very tasty. the room was big and neat. the in house taxi services was very cheap, that was good. the complimentry breakfast was really good.

Great value for the money.Excellent service from check-in to check-out, newly furbished rooms including free WIFI with good signal strength if helped for business purpose.The price also includes free breakfast with a good variety to choose from, especially the local food and the breakfast was so delicious. Overall, it was a very nice stay for 3 days in this hotel.

Location is far away from station. No cleanliness in room as well as in hotel. Pillow cover and bedsheet found used which is changed after we asked to change. Room heater is not working and electrical switches also.

The rooms and tariffs look great on the site. They have old age poorly furnishwed rooms. Dont accept debit cards. Make you pay for room service in cash each time you order, even for a bottle of water. For people considering this hotel, consider ESS Grande right next door. Much better, modern at same or lower rates.
