We stayed for two nights early this month.Staff was v courteous ,breakfast had enough choices and room was quite big with clean linen.If we ever visit Madurai again would not mind staying here again.they also helped us get dropped at Trichi,The GM of the hotel gave us his personal car.Obviouly at a charge.

The hotel was very nice with all the amenities: nice TV, hot water, and a very nice room. The restaurants were good. The one problem was the location -- you couldn't walk out the door and be in the middle of the action; to get anywhere you had to take a tuk-tuk.

The hotel is at great location, the rooms were nice , staff was also supportive , food is average , but overall it was really nice stay here with my family, will definitely recommend it to others as well.

We had to stay one night in Madurai during our recent trip. Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms are big and functional. We had a relaxed stay and had no difficulties in reaching the place as auto guys know about the hotel. They served good food in the restaurant but service needs enhanced. Morning breakfast (buffet) was really nice.

This hotel offered good free wi-fi. Ther was cable tv with english channels. The A/C worked quite well. , It was in a poor location for walking around town. You were pretty much trapped in the hotel unless you wanted to take a taxi.
