I stayed at the hotel with my elderly parents as we were on a pilgrimage tour of North India. The hotel was average quality, but was value for money. Rooms were not cleaned, and we had to wait for 20 mins in the reception while it was getting cleaned 'again'. The food was ok and the overall service was fine.... More
