“Small hotel but well managed”

We had a nice room facing the gardens and we quite liked it. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Staff was nice and friendly, location could not have been better. Parking is a big mess in this small hill town, but the hotel provided free parking.

“small rooms, basic premium hotel in a deteriorating place”

I was really disappointed by Mussorie last summer vacations when I took my kids there --- its nothing even remotely like it used to be 15-20 years ago...so crowded and dirty and the Savoy has been broken down and is being rebuilt so we settled on this place...I guess its ok for the price they charge but the rooms are... “Not Value for money, Services not up to the mark for the brand it carries”

We were two families, on a leisure trip to mussoorie. Stayed at this hotel from 25-26 May 2013, because of the brand name. The housekeeping was poor, there was no child bed. Only mattress was put on the floor. For toiletries such as Dental Kit, Moisturisers etc one had to call the housekeeping. No replenishment of these kits. Even the... More

this was my third visit to the same hotel.must say there isnt another option if you want to stay in a good hotel and right next to mall road.good food and nice modern room.kids had a great time...also do check out the newly open spa ..

Checked in on 29th March for a 2 night stay. The hotel is situated such that everyone gets an amazing view of the valley. The staff is courteous and very helpful. “Awesome Holiday”

It was an awesome holiday. One holiday to be remembered for a long time to come. The hotel is strategically located at a walking distance from the MALL. The food is awesome and so is the service.It is a real boutique hotel. Look forward to coming back. Full marks to the management.
