As informed by other trip advisor this is an Very good quite property with an excellent view. The rooms are very clean and huge. We reached before check in time but staff attended us and arrange room for us, we don't have to wait a minute. Staff very well guide us to reach hotel easily. Food was very nice. It is a good hotel for family stay though beware with old people there is a very strap slope to reach the hotel not recommended for old and heart patients. Food is also very ordinary. Hotel is neat and clean and is on the mall road towards library end.

The hotel can be found on the Mall Road, you have to pay 100 rupees to access the road via barriers but you will need to take your car out again as shops, cable car etc are all close at hand. The Hotel Padmini Nivas is well located on the Mall, but is still very quiet. The hotel has old world charm, and great views looking out over the valley. The restaurant is vegetarian only, but still very good. Excellent value, I would recommend.
