Family Room is unclean, the towel is old and looks dirty (it's white, but all turn to gray), dusty floor, poor bathroom and in room ventilation. There is only 1 bathroom for 4 persons, ridiculous. Poor service at reception and restaurant. Over price. Bad bad choice.

Have just returned from a 10 night stay with another couple at Kuta Paradiso. Arrived at midnight with our included transport smiling and waiting to take us to the hotel. Check in was faultless and our rooms were exactly what we asked for, top level with pool view. Rooms were spotless, bed was comfy and the aircon was icy cold.... More

This Hotel was great. It was located very nicely to get to the beach or the main streets. The staff were friendly although we had to pay a fine for dirtying the sheets with ink from a temporary tattoo. overall was enjoyable.

I took my daughter to stay there for a few nights. We booked in straight away we got upgraded. The staff were friendly, looked after us well. I will be going back and staying there in October. Recommend it to any one who has kids
