Adobe Rose Bed and Breakfast is an unusual place. There’s a common room which all the rooms open onto. So that’s the B and B part. But each room also has its own outside entrance. So that is appealing to non B and B people. We found it to be the lowest rate in the area and had good reviews... More

I stay at Adobe Rose B&B at least eight days a month. The staff has met every need I've had since I started staying here in June 2012. The rooms are spacious and artfully decorated; the furniture is rustic and in keeping with the flavor of southern New Mexico. Other amenities are breakfast, more cable tv channels than you can... This place is great! I went to visit my husband at the FLETC Academy and it was right accross the street (perfect for us to spend as much time together before he had to be back for curfew- he'd leave at 9:45 every night and walked back with plenty of time before 10) It feels like home- nice big rooms... My wife and I just spent 5 nights at this quiet little B&B. Our room was warm and big and very comfortable. New owners had taken over this hideaway only 1 week prior to us arriving and they had made improvements with many more going on aswe stayed. Meghan, our host was very very helpfull, friendly and made sure that... More

Although the room was sparkling clean, the food provided for the breakfast and snack was terrible! Absolutely nothing was homemade and all the pastries were of no better quality than found in your standard "free with the room rental" at a motel. I look forward to some home cooked food in a B and B and there was nothing like... More

This one will defeat your GPS, but it is worth the stop. Probably the best place to stay with access to Carlsbad Caverns and other attractions. Great staff, friendly service, and very comfortable beds. A little hard to find, but once construction is done nearby it will be a lot easier.

We do not normally stay at B&B's. We found this place through an internet search. It was convenient to Roswell and Carlsbad, the two places we wanted to see. The price was reasonable. It had recently changed ownership and the owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The ONLY draw back was the... More

I mostly want clean and convenient and Adobe Rose fit the bill. Not as wonderful as some reviewers indicated, but suited our needs well. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed with a microwave and a refrigerator with a freezer. The very nice looking patio area was reserved for the resident family.

This was a completely unexpected oasis in the desert... My husband and I stayed at the Adobe Rose for a long weekend and had a fabulous stay. The room is extremely inviting and comfortable and the hosts acommodating and friendly. We had a great do-it-yourself breakfast each morning and loved the privacy of having our own entrance. I love the... More

This is actually the second time we stay at the Adobe Rose B&B and I believe this will be the one and only place we will stay while in Artesia. I am just impressed with this B&B, the way the rooms are decorated in southwest décor, the beautiful wooden bed frames, the gorgeous vigas on the ceiling just make you... More
