This was my first trip to Israel and first visit to a predominantly religious area. My room was large and clean. As an older hotel in a (very?) conservative and somewhat isolated area, our tour group arranged to have breakfast (included) and dinner in the hotel. Facilities are spread out among several buildings. Each evening we returned to the hotel... More

hi, just recently came back from an Israel trip , we had consulted trip advisor , and could not go wrong. everything was just as expected, and the previous descriptions helped. location: very good, everything is in walking distance, the climate is much cooler than around the sea of tiberias, (Kineret) which you cannot stand during the summer month. breakfast... We stayed 4 nights in Room #29. Spacious balcony with great view couldn't compensate for the the filth and BEDBUG bites that my husband has experienced. Plumbing problems, dirty linen, worn out beds. Unbelievable. We had made plans to meet another couple for Shabbat and also re-experience the 'magic' of our 1st stay 8 years ago when my husband proposed... More

We stayed at Rimonim in Safed (or Tzefat) and had a great experience. Although you're right in the middle of it all, you feel away and secluded while you're on the hotel premises. The pool was great. Breakfast was a lavish spread. The views were great. No complaints. I don't believe this hotel is listed as 5-star, but it is... More

There were 7 of us on business spending the night - it was a disaster. The rooms were filthy - two people in my group are worried that they were bitten by fleas in their rooms, another found a human hair in their breakfast. The carpets and furniture in the rooms were dirty, used and old. I cannot find the... More

Good value for money We paid USD 150 per night before Succot for a good sized room and a good breakfast buffet. If this hotel were in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem you would easily pay USD 230 per night. We were then there for the festival of Succot, when the price raised to USD 238 per night and when the... More

We loved the Ruth Rimonim. If you stay there ask for a room in the old section. As you walk to your room you are transported back in time. We had a little difficulty finding our room as the hotel is built like an ancient village. But once we opened the door to the room, we were very pleasantly surprised.... More

Lets be perfectly honest, I have yet to see this place describe itself as 5 star, and its not !! BUT, its a great 3.5 star property, good size rooms, lousy service, but great location. Ok, this property was recommended to me, plus on a previous visit to the area I did visit someone staying here. This is NOT a... More

we just got back from a great weekend in hotel Rimonim. The hotel was so pleasant and welcoming that we hardly set foot outside it. The room was large, clean and very comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful and the environment inviting. The hotel is built in two (well, at least two, maybe I missed something) ancient stone buildings... More
