My room was on the fifth floor and had a good view of the Sea of Galilee. They had a VIP welcome plate in my room when I arrived. The fruit was almost rotten. This is a poorly run hotel with a great location on the Sea of Galilee. The Spa is open only when very few people are around. The food is average at best and poorly laid out. Internet service costs and isn't good.
