I just had a problem with my customer then the person at the front desk help me. Did had the same situation with an other Hotel (Hilton) and they refused to help me! I've stayed at this property twice. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast area is well supplied. Shame this hotel doesn't offer room service or have a restaurant for dinner! Wifi was hit and miss on the upper floors but worked well on the lower floors! Would stay here again! More
