Shangazi House was our base before and after a Kilimanjaro climb. It is a beautiful, pastoral and gentle little place that provides a comforting sanctuary. We felt very well taken care of and were fortunate to share some time with members of the family who have owned and cared for the place for generations.

Everyone is very kind here. The place is beautiful and quiet with much taste and attention to detail. Gorgeous gardens and fantastic food. Short drive to Kilimanjaro international airport. Would definitely come back.
