Stayed 6 days in the main building on the third floor. The room was clean and the beds the usual Thai hard. The breakfast was above average with omelettes available. Many tour busses coming & going. Came to this hotel after having a nightmare experience at pimann inn in Chang rai, so coming here was a great upgrade from that. Nothing spectacular, but rooms are tidy, breakfast at the cafe across the parking lot was so so, and nice receptionists. Also only a 5 minute walk from the popular night market. Overall a safe bet!

Nice place, clean with pretty grounds. Staff very helpful. Golf course and pool. Included breakfast was very good. One down side was cold showers only in the morning. Don't know if this was a fluke or not. Not sure of the value since we didn't reserve or pay...
