Location is excelent, very central! Rooms are kind of old, but we were there just to sleep and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast has a variety with omellete bar, fresh fruit and lots of other stuff.

Stayed here while on business and while it's not the best that Chiang Rai's got to offer for nice hotels, it was functional, reliable and clean. Staff were friendly and hotel is within walking distance to convenience stores and eating places. Hotel is also located within the city area.

Very good location right in the center of the city. You can easily reach the night market on foot. Rooms not great, but not bad either. Needs better cleaning service (we found hair in the bathtub!) Beds were comfortable. For one night´s stay, it was fine.

The 2 best things about this hotel were the lobby and location. Rooms were very shabby - carpets stained and old. Bathrooms poorly lit and very basic. Just did not feel "clean". Wi-fi in lobby was intermittent - no wi-fi in rooms
