The Hotel Management has changed. There was no warm welcome no warm goodbye. Bad food. No wine no cookies like before. But the food was more expensive. A lot of food were out of season. The service is really bad. Its such a nice place but the bad service doesn't make it attractive anymore. Also it is difficult to find.

Yes naga hill is peaceful. But the inconvenience outweighs this. You are reliant on the resorts taxi. We had a very poor experience with this.
