Its' a strategic and central location hotel, clean and spacious room, renovated room, friendly and polite staff in the hotel, easy access to shopping area and tourist spot, hotel wifi service is provided during our stay there. You do not usually stop at Hat Yai except if you come back or go to Cambodia, if you go/come back in Malaysia or if you travel to Koh Lipe. “Great Hotel”

Upon arrival, greeted by a team of smiling and friendly staff. Booked 3 premium deluxe rooms and all the rooms are clean and the furniture still look new. Best is the hotel is located right in the heart of all activities................shopping, food, massage etc. Hotel also provide free wifi in the rooms and public area.

After long drive from Kuala Lumpur. We were greeted with smiles and a drink which good enough for us and bring our spirit back. Room is claen and nothing to be complain about. Location of this hotel is strategically surrounded with malls and shops for easy shopping.

Visited this hotel last year 2012 and found that the hotel located in the middle of Hatyai heart city centre.
