Very nice and quiet place for relaxing after Bangkok. Large clean and well maintained rooms with safe. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. Dolphin Bay Resort is perfect for a semi-secluded, relaxing getaway. It is located about 45 minutes away from the center of Hua Hin, so would not be ideal for anyone looking for excitement, partying, or shopping. What a great hidden spot. A beach front resort in Thailand without the thousands of tourists. The little village is almost day-to-day Thai life with a few resorts on the beach rd. I stayed in the upper floor room for 2 nights and 3 days in February 2009. I think the room was clean except the shower. It was very dirty which I had never seen that much dirty before from other hotels. The shower walls were very mouldy especially behind the shower curtain. I'm not really happy with this at all.... more
