OMG, the views are just wonderful. The landscape is awesome, the staff is very nice and friendly. The inside of the rooms could use a few updates. My room had several holes in the wall, and my window was broken. Wifi was available and worked well in the common areas. The pool was not very clean. The inside of the... More

We took a short trip to this province and found this hotel to be quite unusual for their setting and location. The room was quite comfortable and kept clean. The bath room had some mole in the tiles which could be dangerous for your health. Yes, the price was cheap and the service was average.

The hotel was what we expected. Far from the madness of Bangkok in the jungle and overlooking a beautiful river. The food was excellent. The staff very helpful. The massages were great. In all a well run hotel except for the towels and bed linen all in need of an upgrade.

We stayed here for only one night but had a really good time! The area is huge - you can literally wander around the the place for hours and get lost (we did haha). We had dinner at the main building and we quite impressed with the decoration of the place, a collection of items that apparently have been collected... More

I stayed with a group of students at this resort on March 27, 2013. The resort has beautiful grounds, and the staff is friendly. The problem was, there was a RAT in my room. The RAT went into my carry on bag, and ate through my package of sunflower seeds. There was RAT droppings on the bed, and in the... More

Thank you for sharing. Please let us clarify below. As the manager checked out your room with you, he could not see any mouse. We then have changed the room for you. In fact, it appears that the droppings you found was some Tamarind leaves. The size is similar but it's totally different. It was a small windy night and... More

If you are travelling from Kanchanaburi to Nam Tok with the railway its a good idea to stay one night or two at this place specially if you are going north to Sangkhlaburi. This place is located on a nice section of the Kwai in a forested area its not the Amazon or a primary forest but nevertheless its nice... More

What an interesting, beautiful resort! Very unique setting, as you must take long tailed boat to hotel which is located in jungle setting. Main lodge is crafted out of logs and has a cabin feel. Furniture is all wood, decor is quite unique, kind of Thai eclectic/ country western. Pool is small but nice... Unfortunately during my visit it was... More

You arrive with your luggage in a longtail boat which is really atmospheric. You stay in individual straw huts but these are very comfortable with air conditioning and all mod cons. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very tasty but I believe you can get a la carte if you wish. Very relaxing place to stay one or two nights... More
