Having stayed in several hotels on Phuket we definitely have a "feel" for the average room. We stayed in the jacuzzi room, which over all is nice. Any complaints I have would be nitpicking. The staff was nice and helpful. I thought the price was a little high...for a couple hundred baht more I could have got a place closer... More

“Need to improve cleanliness”

We stayed there for 4 nights. Despite friendly staff and quite good location, we found the room and facility need to be improved on the cleanliness. The duvet has cig burn holes, new towels smell stiffy, hallway on the 5th floor has serious plumbing-problem smell, water is not replenished. Many time staff at the front was away, so we had... More
