We arrived in Tunis on the 9th of October for a 8 night stay, Immediately we were offered to upgrade our room to sea view which cost us £70 , later reading trip advisor only to find others paid £30 for 10 night upgrade to a sea view room , I'm left feeling very cheated as this holiday has ended... We arrived 23 September and stayed 10 nights with breakfast. The hotel has its good points and also some bad points... Location: Excellent. On the beach. About 10 mins walk into town with the medina, restaurants and cafes, or 5 mins walk along the beach. Room: We were asked if we wanted to upgrade to sea view room for £100.... More

We left Dar Hayet this morning (24 September 2011) and are surprised to find such generous reviews about it on Trip Advisor. The hotel is grubby and in real need of a revamp. The facilities are old and tatty - beach chairs broken and cushions torn. Our room was adequate but the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet leaked and every... More

We spent few days in this hotel at the end of June. The hotel is nice and the room was very nice with sea view. Some improvements such as serving a nice breakfast ( not the standard buffet you have in all hotels in tunisia) or cleaning the beach could do it. But the main downside is that every week... More

We live in Tunisia so going to Hammamet on the weekends is always a treat. We decided to stay that this hotel for two nights. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. I would classify this as a boutique hotel, very lovely design etc. We were given a wonderful room overlooking the beach. Friday night was lovely. Great dinner, great... More

It was the best holiday ever! the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and speak good English. The food was good the location is excellent, the beach is at your feet literally situated on the beach so when we were merry on the beach our beds were a few metres away! were going back in January and will be forever... My husband and I visited the Hotel (boked through Timeshare) and apart from one disappointment - the first room we were shown (dark and no view) - we had a wonderful holiday. We upgraded the next day to a sea view room on the top floor overlooking the beac and the view was simply unforgettable, The rooms were clean and... More

I read bad and good reviews before booking this hotel and still decided that I wanted to stay here. And I wasn't disappointed. First of all I must say that 2 € per night extra for sea view room in this hotel is best spent 2 € ever. You fall asleep and wake up with the sound of waves. On... More

We booked this holiday only a week before departure. Arrived at the hotel, and were impressed with the building and public rooms. Fresh orange juice while we registered, very nice touch. The hotel is fine, though could do with some TLC. Breakfast was very basic, but adequate. Could be improved with a few little extras. The food in the restaurant... More
