Great location, beautiful hotel and mostly helpful staff. The Turkish employees were superb, the Russian employees annoying. The room was wonderful with a balcony overlooking the pool. I loved this hotel. The location is what you would expect from a beach area. The service was great. The rooms beautiful. The food amazing. I loved the spa on the 10th floor which is women only. Would stay here again.

On the beach - pebbles - but ok via tunnel. Pool lovely. Service slow and awkward. Do not use spa or beauty facilities. Rough and no expertise. Electrics dodgy - kettle shorted twice. Food ok. Entertainment / piano and music very good. Room ok but not as good as expected from Crowne Plaza.
