The hotel is like an office building, the staff are rude and only like Russians or Georgians. You have to tip or they don't serve you. The hotel is on a busy road and the rooms are noisy. Air condition controlled by reception,very poor wifi even if you pay for it,we had problem with air con,it took 3 hours to get it sorted.Never again.location is good and beach area great.customer relations not very helpfull.
