Very relaxing stay, lovely pool and very friendly and helpful staf, especially in the bar in the evenings. The animation team were funny without being annoying. The food was good. The bedroom and bathroom was clean and tidy. We would recommend this hotel ,cant wait to go back !!

i stayed in the melissa in august 2012 ... i really enjoyed my stay here. i found the staff very friendly they couldn't do enough for us. If we needed anything the were more than happy to help. the rooms were perfect for what we wanted , clean and spacious. i would def go back again this summer

These apartments are nice. The staff are lovely and welcoming. When we got off the bus they help us with our bags by asking you what room you were in and bringing them up to that certain room for you while u check in. The rooms were basic and cleaned most days. Spent a week at this apartment complex, booked it as a last minute holiday with my boyfriend. Our apartment was spacious/basic/clean. Did not enjoy staying at this apartment.
