The counter was so nice and talkative. We stayed there for 3 days and the air balloon tour and red tour provided by the hotel were so good! Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms was clean and lovely. We had a great BBQ to celebrate our traditional Moon Festival. A Turkish agency booked this hotel for us: we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a beautiful location, with wonderful view, the rooms are clean and very welcoming. Excellent breakfast with a large variety.The staff was at our disposal also for smaller requests (they ordered a birthday cake and came after 10 minutes). I recommend everyone this hotel.

I already stay there for 2days. Rooms are clear and natural where is like a cave inside. Also stuffs are so friendly and helpfull. I just complain about restaurant. My wife eats chicken wings. I schocked about bill. Because it was so expensive. You can eat half price at outside.
