This was, by far, the worst hotel during our tour of Turkey. The rooms needed complete updating. They were old tired & the carpets stained. Waters are amazing. They have a series of hot springs they tap for spa treatment. You can just go to the spa and check in for few hours without staying at hotel. I spent the evening at the spa and was incredibly pleased after a long train ride. It's magical!

Dated rooms needing refurbishment, old TV limited channels, limited working electric sockets, step down bath… breakfast is average. Pro points… excellent buffet evening meal, free wifi internet TV, call reception to register. many many tourist buses, 100's visitors staying the night..

Rooms were not sound proof. You could hear everything from the hallways. Old and small TV. Restaurant and the food is OK though. We were in this hotel as part of Lykia tour with a bus. Everything is expensive in this hotel. From shop to drinks.

Be aware that this hotel is not located in Pamukkale despite what the name suggests. It is about 9 km or 15-minute mini-bus ride from Pamukkale. Don't be fooled by the hotel pictures either.
