“hotel gone down the pan in 12 months”

went here in september 2012 amd 2011, and 2011 was a great holiday played great music round the pool and great friendly atomphere hotel was lovely and clean and food was still average but in 2012 hotel had been down graded from 4star to 3star and thomas cook didnt even bother to tell us and charge us the same price... “Fabulous family holiday!”

We had such a great time. The hotel was clean, food ok and staff fantastic. In a fairly good location. Sky movie channels (good for when kids go to sleep) and comfortable(ish) beds. Would definitely recommend, we're going back in October 2013!!!

It was mine and my fiance's first holiday together abroad and we went on the 13/6/12. There were record highs for the temperature that Summer which was a little unpleasent but nothing that could be done about it. We stayed there 15-22 Oct 2012. Tried to make friendly conversation with the bar staff who I found to be completely ignorant, it was one of those if the face fits syndrome. Service was diabolical.
