just back from a two week stay at mar soleil the place was empty there was no entertainment no crisps no selection of soft drinks no ice cream no ice cubes no alcohol and what beer they did have a choice of effes or toubour was warm ....be warned broken tile in baby pool which my son cut his leg... more

The hotel was ok, cheap clean rooms HOWEVER, the staff were very unhelpfull and not in the slightest bit friendly. The staff made up hotel rules ad-hoc, for example one night I met a lovely turkish girl who wanted to come back to my apartment and upon collecting my key, was told that she was not allowed to my room.... more

If you have made the choice to visit Marmaris, then this is a great place to stay for good value holiday accommodation. Basically a block of apartments, but kept well and great value (around £30 a night). Very good sized clean rooms with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette (ours was in a separate living area), complete with a decent sized pool... more

We were placed here after our orginal hotel overbooked us. Apartment was massive, for 2 of us. double room, twin room, and 2 double sofa beds. Everthing was very clean. Nice resort, nice apartments with fun slide. Pool side was pleasant and not overcrowded Would recommend Jeep Safari for a fun day out (if you like getting very wet in a water fight!) more

Apartments are clean but VERY basic. AC only in 1 bedroom and can only be used/left on when you are in the apartments, which you are not told about when you pay extra for the AC. They can be noisy with the karoke at the bar. more

I have just got back from a great low cost holiday in Turkey. Stayed at Mar Soleil, all the staff were excellent, friendly and helpfull. We all loved the pool and the apartments although basic are close enough to the seafront without being too noisy. We would reccomend a boat trip and Jeep safari (you will get very very wet).... more
