First time in Marmaris and this was and ideal hotel, great location. Rooms clean and well equiped. Right on beach and close to center and marina. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel, can't wait to return.

The staff were rude and unhelpful on reception there was no warm water for 3 days and no apology or effort to fix it, the towels were dirty and smelt, the rooms were not cleaned, the room leaked water when it rained, came home feeling dirty. The only redeeming feature was the restaurant staff

Stayed here in july 2012 after all the refurbishments. It's a fantastic hotel and made my holiday brilliant. Everything was perfect; lovely food, clean modern rooms, and a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
