The interior looks fine without a white room wc, there is no morning light with light on, it will be supported until evening when you have to go and turn on the phone light. When I complained, I put on a white light when I was working, and I complained about it, it was noisy. Can not climb outside can climb in Saying that the sea view is overlooking the entire coconut trees xl, want to go to the sea cx have to walk about 1km When it comes to renting, there were 2 cars on the first day but the quality was not good so I returned the day and paid the fee of 150/1 / vs the maid. She said just so she called the car owner to pick up but not until the next day (I was very surprised cx) but said we were taking advantage of her carelessness to pay for not paying the car the next day ( the car will leave until the next day) Oh, but also this one more air conditioning a little bit corn Should consider when booking room

No reception and the person who welcome guest does not speak A WORD of english. It says good wifi but the wifi was the worst i have ever seen. Also the room was not really cleaned when we checked in. But the worst part ? we cannot pay by card and it was not mentionned so we had to find a way to take cash and we spend 45 minutes going to different places with the staff lady. We missed our bus back to Ho Chi Minh and we had to pay a cab becaue we had a place to catch. Avoid this at all cost, there are much better choices and in a better location!! i do n ot understand all the positive reviews.

Our group of 3 people went to Phan Thiet to relax. We book an apartment in Lang Ca Voi. Its is comfortable, clean & relax. There is a swimming pool here, we went to the fish market and bought some raw sea food to cook at the hotel. The breakfast is simple but very nice. Friendly staffs & reasonable price.

Location wise: We thought it was near the beach, but no it was near an eroded beach where there are breakwaters to prevent the huge waves from crashing in. So to the nearest beach it is about 80-100k vnd away by cab. We couldn't ride motorbikes so too bad for us. Anyway it's one lane roads always filled with tour buses so bikes may not be the best idea. Service: the lady who let us in presumably the caretaker speaks minimal English. We got our key and we were on our own. The epic part was when we returned to our room late in the night realising that the room was not made up? Contacted the lady boss for towels and she came over, and then said we did not hang the "make up room/ dnd" sign. Which, we did not even notice coz it was under the tv cabinet, and the caretaker failed to inform us. She then had a heated argument on us being in the wrong for not hanging anything. Isn't it some common standard that no sign hung means there should be service? Apparently the caretaker stayed till 2pm for a sign to be out (we went to the dunes at 5am) and no calls to us to confirm. It was ridiculous. Btw we were the only occupants on this secluded stretch, and no security noted except a locked gate. Room: The toilet is as big as the room. Toilet is open air concept you have to shut the doors otherwise you feed the mozzies at night. There was a really cool looking jacuzzi but.. It looked like it was not maintained, and we couldn't figure how to use it. I hope the owners take note of the service, otherwise really better off staying somewhere near a beach and with a little more crowd for safety.

in Russian-dominated Mui Ne this is a small place with 3 bungalows, run by a Vietnamese-French Couple. It's on the main beach road where all the other hotels are located but you'll need a few minutes by motorbike to get to the main beach and hotel area. The bungalows are set back about 50m from the beach which is used by the local fishermen. no umbrellas here ;) The owners are very helpful and walk the extra mile for their guests. you have a Choice of delicious Vietnamese or continental breakfast. the staff doesn't speak too much English but we got everything we needed. You can easily hire a motorbike with them. If no one is there when you arrive don't worry: the house keeper's parents life just across the street. There soon will someone show up... overall a good option, simple but spacious and clean rooms with A/C, fan and mossy net.

Like most reviewers on here, I have to agree that this accommodation presents itself as a very beautiful hideaway within Mui Ne area. At first my partner and I were most impressed with the grounds and general upkeep of the establishment we got online to see if we could extend our stay! As it turned out the place was fully booked which worked in our favour in the long run. The room and facilities were great, the hot tub in the enormous bathroom would have been good if we knew how to use it. The shower was top notch you did however suffer at the proboscises of Mosquitos; the shower area was open planned with an open skylight to the world. But hey it's Vietnam, it's roasting hot, things are different and the airy open planned design worked here. Things went a bit askew shortly after we (presumably) checked in. As others have noted the caretaker does not speak English; after checking her dates on the white board she let us enter. A short while later she came to our bungalow with a business card motioning for me to dial a number on the card. At first I think she expected me to use my own phone, something which I was unable to do in the first place so I led her back to the office and motioned for her to dial on the office phone and I would speak. The person I got through to was the owner, perfectly lovely to talk to however her absenteeism at this stage and throughout our stay did not fill me with confidence. Straight off the bat we rented a motor bike as it is almost essential unless you want to cab it everywhere. This seemed like another great facility as their bike rental was very reasonably priced and I like driving in Vietnam! Winner!? No. As soon as we got out of the town (with a full tank of gas) the bike broke down on us. I managed to get it started again, pull a U turn and head back for the hotel. Not too much of an issue.. I motioned to the caretaker, on the phone to the owner; new bike arrived in about 15-20 minutes. What was irritating (despite me mentioning) was that the full tank of gas went bye bye with the busted motorbike and the new bike had less than a quarter tank! Again it's cool, it's Vietnam, it costs next to nothing to fill the tank.. I let it slide. We hit the sand dunes and went back to the hotel with an aim to head out for dinner on the bike, Que. bike number 2 break down! Back to the office where there was no one about, so I let myself in an used their phone, the owner apologised and asked if I could put her staff on the phone.. There was no one else there! To be fair the owner sorted us out within 15 minutes with another bike driving down herself with another to apologise and she gave me 20k (dong) for gas equivalent to what was in bike no 2. After the whole bike shenanigan we did not want a bike on our last day so handed the keys back early that morning to the caretaker. Funny thing is on check out they tried to charge us for two and a half days as opposed to just the two?!? If anything I would have anticipated a consolation for such inconvenience not to be overcharged. This venue is not all bad, it is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea side weather, it just suffers from a faulty towersesque management providing for a somewhat frustrating experience all round. More attention is needed towards hosting the guests. Also just to note, the breakfast is very light however each bungalow has its own cooking facilities, so you might want to stock up on food and get your apron on!

If you wouldn't rely too much on hospitality service of an accomodation, you may opt for this lodging as it's just a 3-bungalows-B&B. Luckily we hired all so we had our own privacy of the whole property. Located in a very small alley, only sedan or SUV cars could access to the place, and parking space is limited too. Open bathroom is the only most spacious area with jacuzzi tub. The swimming pool is nice but I was not sure about the hygenity of it. Breakfast was served with its utmost simplicity, bread with jam and butter, and juice. Among diverse range of accomodations in such touristy spot like Mui Ne, Lang Ca Voi is kind of weird but nice enough to experience.

This place is located away from the main road; about 150 to 200 meters off the main road. It is hidden inside a small lane( look out for a picture of a Whale) the lane that leads you to the Guesthouse can be muddy) we missed that lane twice. Ask the fruit seller for direction if necessary. It has 3 bungalows & the other 2 were booked by a family and a couple. We were there for 3 nights and the stay was comfortable. For the price I paid and getting a big area like this, I think it is worth it. I am not a fuzzy traveller, as .long as the place is clean and things in the room are functioning well, I would be happy. The room is big enough to have an extra bed, the toilet is almost as big as the room. The upper desk is bigger than the room ( this is where we had our breakfast and chill out during the evening time). I love this place because it is very "private" for couple. The lady owner is very flexible and willing to help (only manage to speak to her over the phone; she has a care taker, she doesn't speak English, who stayed in a small house in front of the main gate. So communication with that care taker can be a bit tricky; I managed to ask for a hair dryer by using "charade game". The breakfast is always the same; bread, juice, hot & ice Vn coffee. So on the second day, I told the lady who prepared the breakfast that I want to have noodle instead of bread ( this time I used Google Translate to communicate, the next morning she served us Noodle soup, fruit juice, hot and ice Vn coffee. You need to rent a motorbike from the Owner so that you can move around because this place is very far away from the happening stretch of Mui Ne. If you cannot handle a motorbike, may I suggest you better not stay here. I love this place because "it is very exclusive". It has the basic thing, wifi, cable TV and hot shower but the private space is what I enjoy most.

Away from the big hustle and bustle of the Mui Ne strip, Lang Ca Voi is situated close to the market in the local hamlet of Ham Tien and minutes through the coconut palms to the beach. The bungalows are situated around a small pool and although they are nestled together, the individual spaces are very private. The bungalows are really well designed. Downstairs the huge bathroom with jacuzzi has a partly open roof, the bedroom is adequately sized with lots of storage space. Upstairs kitchen and living area over looks the pool and beyond to the beach. the traditional structure is open to the sky at both ends so there is a free flow of air... and bats! The owner has motorbikes to rent by the day and its 5minutes to get up to the busy part of town where there are loads of seafood restaurants and Joes Bar. Just around the corner are a couple of brilliant BBQ restaurants full of locals. This is a great place to be if you want to dip in and out of the more resort life of Mui Ne. It feels very local and untouristy and a visit to the market is a must. The included breakfast could be slightly larger or more varied.

3 huts. We had the middle one. We paid $60 per night and thought it was totally worth it. On the ground floor it had a good sized bedroom with wardrobe, drawers, tables, lamps, AC, mossie net, tv (with cable), sliding doors through to a huge bathroom with separate toilet, 2 sinks, shower and a 2 person bath/jacuzzi. Upstairs is a 'chill out space' with table and chairs, matress, swinging chair and a small sink, fridge and hob (with plates/pots/cutlery). View of the sea is slightly obscured but still lovely. Small swimming pool was nice and warm. Breakfast is adequate, it's delivered upstairs to the chill space (baguettes, jam, coffee and fruit juice). If you want anything else there is a market 2 mins walk from the hotel. We also rented a motorbike for 24 hours from the hotel, it cost $8. Only one small negative. The air con wasn't great, meaning the room was quite hot at night, which didn't lend itself to a great nights sleep. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Best thing about this place is the chill-out space. We could have stayed there for a week. Crack a beer, sit back, relax and enjoy the privacy.
