Our non-smoking room on the 7th floor was very good, recently refurbished (not like those on the 4th floor which were not so nice). We had a good flat screen TV (channel in Spanish, French, German and arabic), frigobar, a very nice bathroom and a good view of the city. Supper served on the 8th floor was "reasonable": soup, bread,... More

We liked the hotel, in general. Helpful staff, clean pool (but cold in November), typical Arab breakfast (breads and spreads, some veggies, meats, boiled eggs and drinks). The room was very big, and the bedding was clean. The furnishings were older, but who cares... We got there in time to get a sea view room, which was great. The shower... More

I'd be happy to write a review on the Mina Hotel, which we had a great experience with - but we need the name changed first (or this name removed and start a fresh). More

I travelled with an agency, we reserved in Aquamarina IV, but when we arrived there (we were a large group of 30 persons), they told us that there's no reservation here , so we walked with our luggage at 11:00pm to Aquamarina II. they made us wait one hour to distribute rooms for all the group. Some single people got... More

Due to unforeseen circumstances (eg the hotel we originally booked via Octopus did not have our booking and thus we had no bed, as the hotel was full.) we had to find new accommodation. We walked around Aqaba and looked at a few places when we found Aquamarina II –this was the only place that had 2 nights free….we now... More

Incredibly rude service, charged for things they said were free, the staff were smoking in the "non-smoking" restaurant, too noisy to sleep in, failed to arrange a dive I had booked 3 weeks in advance....if you want to have a nice stay in Aqaba, pay more and stay at a 4 or 5 star place with a private beach, you'll... If you're looking for a good budget hotel in excellent location, with good service, then this hotel would be a good choice. The room sizes and bathrooms are comfortable. However, the enterior design reflect the '70s but they've done their best to preserve it. Cleaning is not impacible...but luckily focused on bathroom.Staff are friendly and very helpful.(For a tip they can be... More
