We stay at this hotel everytime we are in Nagoya. We love the location as its convenient to the station and stores/restaurants. The lounge is always superb, with the staff often remembering us. A plus is their pool as well. Its always a treat to stay here.

We arrived late evening with 2 big luggages and 3 small ones for 5 people and asked for porter assistance. There is none, quoted by the front desk. We asked to borrow the trolley, again, the answer was no because the hotel was fully booked. I wondered when the hotel fully booked what happened to its service standard.
