I enjoyed staying here for 12 days in December 2011 while visiting my girlfriend. The hotel is fairly new, very clean, and well-maintained. I'm accustomed to small beds, tiny bathrooms, and thin walls in affordable Japanese business hotels, but my Superior Double B room had a full-sized bed, a "normal" sized bathroom, and I heard very little of my neighbors....
