A great hotel near the station. Our room was an odd shape so we felt a little squeezed in but the fitments were quality. The food here was excellent but there were many quality, cheap eateries nearby. It is across the road from the station and the city Loop Bus service.

This is a very beautiful hotel, 5-star standard. Very nice and elegant lobby. Spacious and fully equipped guest rooms. Great location, few minutes' walk from Kanazawa JR Station with underground walk way to the hotel. Close to shopping malls, restaurants, and travel information center. But staff almost cannot speak English.

Yes the location next to the huge railway station was excellent. Rooms quite small but fairly good presentation and upkeep. Unfortunately this hotel seems very poorly equipped or concerned how to receive adequately Western tourists who do not speak Japanese. An underground walkway leads toward to the main lobby from Kanazawa station as you get off the Shinkansen; a very helpful feature when its snowing and luggage to roll around.
