年末にお世話になりました。 部屋は普通のビジネスホテルよりも若干広めで、ベッドのサイズ・寝心地ともに申し分なかったです。 6階の部屋だったため、窓からお城が見えました。 セブンイレブンが近くにあり便利です。 朝食はお正月を意識した内容だったのですが、吸い物、かまぼこのようなものは素材がいいものでないと美味しくはないので、 普通の朝食で良かったのではないかと思いました。 宿泊料金が安いので文句を言うのも何ですが・・・ それから、朝食の時間が早い＆短い（確か7：00－8：30）のため、 狭い食堂に宿泊客が集中してしまい、座れない人などもいて、ゆっくり食べるどころではありませんでした。 人員の問題があるのかと思いますが、改善の余地があるのではないでしょうか。 立地、接客は大変良かったです。 Stayed with them in the very end day of 2012. close to train station on a quiet street and next to a playground for small children (rare in japan!). across the river you can see the castle that is within easy walking distance as is the main tourist street of shops and restaurants. freindly staff and good breakfast

Matsumoto is a great place to stay. This hotel was easy to find and not too far from the station. It was a bit dated and the corridors smelt of cigarette smoke (make sure you book a non smoking room if you don't smoke), but the room was really nice.
