It takes 3 minutes walking from Okayama station to the hotel. We can easily find the blue colored signboard '東横イン' at the station. It costs less than 6000JPY including overnight stay, ammenity goods and buffet style simple breakfast.

This is the newer of the two Okayama station Toyoko Inns. It's a touch more expensive (but still very cheap) and slightly closer to the train station; just a five minute walk and easy to spot if you exit right after the Shinkansen gates.
