A free shuttle runs between the airport terminal and the hotel and another frequently scheduled free shuttle operates into the quaint and historical section of Narita. The rooms are quiet of moderate size. Good facilities including gym, indoor pool and spa. Very friendly and courteous staff. 3 restaurants are rather expensive with set menus and buffets $35-$55 pp.

It is actually 15mn from Narita. Pool is awesome if you want to done some laps. Fitness center is good too. Food was ok. Rooms also ok, quite small. To my knowledge there was no executive lounge. The hotel seems to make most of its business with airlines crew.
